Raw Squat 370 lbs

I start my first blog doing Squat of 370 lbs. Today you can watch my video below doing raw squat with no knee wraps and no belts. This is how we train on our gym and this is how to gain our strength. What we do on our gym is all about RAW.



  


The video above was taken last December 19, 2011 which I started doing heavy lift by doing 6 set by 6 reps which I am getting ready for a two months preparation for my target lift for my Squat of 550 lbs or 250 Kg this coming January 29, 2012 on Powerlifting Association of the Philippines for class B and Luzon open championship.

Here is my training program for my preparation in powerlifting competition.

Squat:
220 lbs x 6 reps
250 lbs x 6 reps
280 lbs x 6 reps
310 lbs x 3 reps
340 lbs x 3 reps
370 lbs x 1 reps
*increment of 10 lbs every workout. 

Shrugs
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Calf Raises

Bench Press:

180 lbs x 6 reps

195 lbs x 6 reps

210 lbs x 6 reps

225 lbs x 3 reps

240 lbs x 3 reps

255 lbs x 1 reps

*increment of 5 lbs every workout.

Raw Deadlift 380 lbs

Hello again and this is my second blog and it is my deadlift day. The video below which you are about to see was taken last Decemebr 19, 2011 and I have only seven weeks of preparation for the powerlifting competition. In this training  my last set will be 380 lbs of raw deadlift no belts but I did use a wrist wrap because the bar I was using was slippery.

 


Here is my training program for my preparation in powerlifting competition.

Deadlift:
230 lbs x 3 reps
260 lbs x 3 reps
290 lbs x 3 reps
320 lbs x 3 reps
350 lbs x 3 reps
380 lbs x 1 reps
*increment of 20 lbs every workout.
